Penticton Toyota is hiring a Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves being at the centre of it all.

You’re not just answering phones, you’re setting the tone. You’re the first smile, the first voice, and the person who keeps everything moving.

What You’ll Own:

Welcoming guests in person, on the phone, and online
Directing customers quickly and confidently to the right department
Keeping communication flowing across Sales, Service, and Parts
Creating a smooth, positive experience from the moment someone connects with us

Beyond the Front Desk:
This role has variety. You’ll be cross-trained and involved in:

Checking in new and used vehicle inventory
Vehicle file management
Wholesale paperwork
Scanning and document organization
Supporting Service and light accounting admin

You’ll Crush This Role If You:

Are organized, sharp, and quick on your feet
Love dealing with people and keeping things moving
Can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
