Service Advisor – Penticton Toyota

Location: Penticton Toyota, Penticton, British Columbia
Job Type: Full-Time

Join Our Team

Penticton Toyota is seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our growing service department. As the primary point of contact between our customers and our service team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping ensure efficient and profitable service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
Prepare service estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow effectively.
Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections, repair progress, and completion timelines.
Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
Review completed work orders and explain repairs and charges to customers.
Promote maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended programs.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in accordance with dealership policies.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to positive online reviews and retention efforts.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is preferred.
Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is an asset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
