The Bumwrap is looking for someone interested in a long-term role with growth potential, starting on the sales floor and developing into higher responsibility positions over time.

What This Role Looks Like:
Everyone starts on the floor—but not everyone stays there.

You’ll be:

Delivering a strong, consistent customer experience
Styling, recommending, and confidently guiding purchases
Taking ownership of the space, not waiting for direction
Learning systems, product knowledge, and store operations
Building toward keyholder and deeper leadership responsibilities

The Environment:
We are a boutique swim and lifestyle store. This role requires the ability to create engagement and experiences with every person who walks through the door. This role also includes working closely with customers of all genders and ages in fitting rooms and try-on environments, supporting with sizing, fit, and adjustments. Professionalism and comfort in this setting are required.
