We are looking for an experienced, licensed Insurance Broker who genuinely enjoys helping clients protect what matters most.

If you’re a licensed broker who values relationships, clear communication, and providing unbiased advice, we’d love to meet you.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive, professional team where your experience is respected, your voice matters, and your work directly impacts clients every day.

What You’ll Do

Advise clients on insurance solutions tailored to their needs
Compare coverage options across multiple insurers to provide the best value and protection
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Process policy changes, payments, renewals, and inquiries efficiently
Work with insurer portals and EDI upload/download systems
Deliver accurate, responsive service clients can rely on

What We’re Looking For

RIBO license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of insurance brokerage experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Someone who takes pride in delivering honest advice and excellent customer service
Ability to work on-site in our Perth, Ontario office
