BULK PROPANE TRUCK DRIVER

Report to: Dispatcher

Location: St-Isidore, Perth, Prescott, Kingston, Kazabazua

DZ TRUCK DRIVER:

Under the responsibility of the dispatcher, the propane truck driver ensures the safe, on-time and efficient transportation and delivery of propane to customers. The propane truck driver is responsible for complying with the Ontario Transportation Association regulations and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure the accurate and safe delivery of propane to customers,

· Perform pre-move inspection of truck systems and equipment such as tires, lights, brakes, etc.,

· Oversee all aspects of the truck, such as the condition of loading and unloading equipment,

· Ensure accurate recording of product deliveries, record keeping, delivery reports, and fuel vouchers.

· Respect the safety rules and instructions by wearing the required personal protective equipment,

· Record information on cargo, distance travelled, fuel consumption and other data in the logbook or on the on-board computer,

· Carry out emergency roadside repairs if necessary,

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma required,

· Class DZ driver's license required (local and regional deliveries)

· Minimum of one (01) year of commercial driving experience required

.Candidates must submit a 3 years driver record, a CVOR driver abstract and a police record search certificate.

· Be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required

· Availability sought: We are currently looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following shifts:

St-Isidore:

- Friday to Monday (day)

- Sunday to Thursday (evening)

- Tuesday to Saturday (evening)

- Friday to Monday (evening)

Kingston

- Sunday to Thursday (day)

- Tuesday to Saturday (evening)

- Friday to Monday (evening)

- Sunday to Wednesday (evening)

Perth

- Saturday to Sunday (day)

- Friday to Monday (day)

- Friday to Monday (evening)

- Saturday to Sunday (evening)

Prescott

- Tuesday to Saturday (day)

- Saturday to Wednesday (evenings)

Salary range $30.96 to $32.94 per hour

CHAUFFEUR DE CAMION AU PROPANE EN VRAC

Rapport à : Répartiteur

Lieu de travail : St-Isidore, Perth, Prescott, Kingston, Kazabazua

CHAUFFEUR DE CAMION DZ:

Sous la responsabilité du répartiteur, le chauffeur de camion de propane assure le transport et la livraison sécuritaires, ponctuels et efficaces du propane aux clients. Il est responsable de respecter la réglementation de l'Association ontarienne des transports ainsi que la loi sur le transport des marchandises dangereuse.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

Assurer la livraison précise et sécuritaire du propane aux clients,
Effectuer l'inspection pré-déplacement des systèmes et équipements du camion tels que les pneus, feux, freins, etc,
Superviser tous les aspects du camion, comme l'état de l'équipement du chargement et du déchargement,
Garantir l'enregistrement précis des livraisons de produits, la tenue des registres, des rapports de livraison et des bons de carburant.
Respecter les règles et consignes de sécurité en portant l'équipement de protection individuelle requis,
Consigner les informations relatives à la cargaison, à la distance parcourue, à la consommation de carburant et autres données dans le registre ou sur l'ordinateur de bords,
Effectuer des réparations d’urgence en bord de route si nécessaire,

EXIGENCES:

Diplôme d'études secondaires requis,
Permis de conduire de classe DZ requis (livraisons locales et régionales)
Expérience minimale d'un (01) an de conduite commerciale requise
Les candidats doivent soumettre un relevé de dossier de conduite des 3 dernières années, un extrait de dossier de conduite CVOR et un certificat de vérification des antécédents judiciaires.
Être disponible pour travailler les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés lorsque requis
Disponibilités recherchées: nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de candidats disponibles pour travailler selon l'un des quarts de travail suivants :
St-Isidore:

-Vendredi au lundi (jour)

-Dimanche au jeudi (soir)
