Familiar with forming, framing, decking, exterior finishes such as vinyl and metal siding, soffit, flashing, caulking, door and window installation etc..
Drywall, mudding, painting, trim work, flooring.
Read and interpret building plans.
Operating hand tools and small gas powered tools
Basic maintenance and cleaning of all equipment and job site
Provide diligent and quality workmanship while completing various hands-on construction tasks
Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions, bringing forward to the Manager
Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency to deliver industry-leading quality and customer satisfaction utilizing checklist system
Complete all required items on daily to-do lists as assigned by the Manager
Keep job site (inside and out) neat, clean and orderly at all times
Monitor cost effective use of materials and resources
Must be comfortable with heights.
Must have 5+ years experience
Must have own tools

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team are one of the most important attributes we are looking for.

Pay ranges from $30/hour to $32/hour and will depend on experience.

Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license and the ability to get to the work sites in a punctual manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
