We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Fulfillment Assistant to join our warehouse and operations team.
This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain inventory accuracy and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will work extensively with Shopify, ShipStation, and ShipHero and will develop strong inventory management and fulfillment skills. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, working with technology, and contributing to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are packed to company standards and shipped on time.
- Monitor shipment status and assist with resolving shipping-related issues.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records within our MRP systems.
- Assist with regular stock counts and full inventory stocktakes.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive and process incoming stock deliveries.
Systems & Technical Support
- Operate and troubleshoot ShipStation, Shopify, and ShipHero software.
- Resolve label printing issues and shipping workflow problems.
- Identify and solve practical operational challenges that impact fulfillment efficiency.
- Assist with implementing process improvements and system updates.
Warehouse Operations
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
- Assist with stock organization and storage optimization.
- Support other operational and warehouse projects as required.
Skills & Experience
- E-commerce 3PL experience is preferred
Position Details
- 20-30 hours per week
- Training provided on Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHero, and inventory management systems.
- Opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations, inventory control, and e-commerce fulfillment.
