About Heal@Home

Heal@Home (healathome.ca) is a fully virtual private clinic specializing in The Sinclair Method (TSM) for alcohol use disorder. Using Naltrexone paired with structured support, we help adults reduce or stop drinking on an evidence-based, confidential, 100% remote model. We value clinical rigour, compassionate care, and flexibility for the clinicians we work with.

The Role

This is an independent contractor position, not an employment role. You'll provide virtual TSM care to adults across Ontario on a part-time, remote basis, conducting comprehensive virtual assessments, coordinating and adjusting Naltrexone regimens per TSM protocol, and monitoring progress through scheduled video or phone follow-ups.

Qualifications

Current registration in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario (Primary Health Care or Adult specialty), with authorization to prescribe controlled substances.

Experience or training in addiction medicine, mental health, or substance use treatment; familiarity with TSM or Naltrexone-based care is a strong asset.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

NP licence with prescribing authority (required)

Location: Ontario (required) other provinces considered an asset

Pay: $41.62-$99.05 per hour
