Overview:
We’re a fast-growing student-run painting business seeking driven, outgoing individuals to join our team as Summer Sales Representatives. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential, ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and getting rewarded directly for their performance.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct door-to-door marketing in residential neighborhoods to generate leads for painting and staining projects
Build rapport with homeowners and identify potential project opportunities
Follow up with leads via phone to qualify prospects and schedule estimates
Manage your pipeline and convert leads into booked jobs
Travel to appointments and estimates across Peterborough and the Kawarthas
Work toward weekly and seasonal sales targets

Compensation:

100% commission-based structure
Tiered commission system, the more work sold the higher the commission rate gets
Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Requirements:

Access to a reliable vehicle (required for transportation to neighborhoods and estimates)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques
