Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server, Wait Staff, and Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests! In this vibrant role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, takes their orders with precision, delivers exceptional service, and handles transactions efficiently. Your passion for food service and guest satisfaction will drive the lively atmosphere of our restaurant. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
Handle cash, process payments accurately, and give correct change using cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure guest health and compliance with regulations
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
