We offer thorough Janitorial, Commercial & Office Cleaning Services for your office or business. Our Janitorial Services are including: all type of an office buildings, medical offices building, daycares, schools, fitness centers, grocery stores, food manufacturing plants, restaurants, retail stores, religious facilities, community centers, condo buildings, apartment buildings, recreational centers and day porter to name a few.

Join our dynamic team as a Telemarketer and become a vital driver of our business development efforts! In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to introduce our innovative products and services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive abilities will help build strong relationships, generate leads, and contribute directly to our company's growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while making a real impact.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on warm calling techniques to maximize engagement
Present and promote our services with clarity and enthusiasm
A highly effective, direct B2B strategy to secure commercial cleaning contracts by connecting directly with decision-makers
Key approaches include targeted cold calling to local businesses (offices, schools) to schedule site walkthroughs, handling objections, and building rapport to stand out in a crowded market.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines if applicable.
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on campaigns and nurture leads into business opportunities
Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently
Develop business relationships through consistent follow-up calls, fostering trust and loyalty in B2B sales environments

Experience

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on Commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and conducting telemarketing campaigns within a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of customer service principles combined with a proactive approach to business development
Previous exposure to marketing strategies and inside sales techniques that drive results
