About the Role

This is an independent, field-based position where you’ll be responsible for maintaining a set route of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a company SUV equipped with a ramp and tools
Perform lawn maintenance including:
Push mowing
Trimming/edging
Blowing
Complete light gardening tasks as needed
Service properties on a consistent weekly/biweekly schedule
Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Winter positions also available doing snow removal

Compensation & Growth

Competitive hourly wage
Performance pay: +$5 per completed property

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated crew in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your leadership skills within the landscape industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
