Job Overview

OXYGEN Fitness Club is looking to hire passionate and professional Group Trainers.

You’ll be working with clients across all levels and ages (10-65):

People dealing with fitness challenges, poor posture, or low energy
Clients looking to lose weight and build strength
Athletes developing strength, speed, and performance
Clients focused on mobility, recovery and long-term health

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Coach 1-on-1 and small group sessions
Guide clients through:
- Fundamental movement patterns
- Mobility and functional techniques
- General fitness and lifestyle transformation training
Demonstrate exercises clearly and safely
Adjust training based on each client’s ability
Keep clients engaged, accountable, and progressing
Maintain a clean and professional training space

Structured Training & Mentorship

You’ll be trained in:

How to assess movement deviations and identify limitations
How to correct posture, reduce pain and improve movement
How to build strength, cut fat, tone and progress safely
How to deliver value to manage and retain clients long-term
How to deliver a memorable professional coaching experience

Professional Requirements

Fluent Chinese and English (other languages are a plus: French, Korean, Spanish, Persian, Russian, or any other and more.)
Minimum ONE of the following:
- Personal Training Specialist or related Fitness or Health Certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, CanFitPro, etc.)
- Kinesiology / Health-related degree (or in progress)
Willing to continue learning and complete certifications if needed
