Junior Events Administrative Assistant – Amico Group Of Companies
Richmond Hill, On

Due to our rapid expansion and global demand, the Amico Group of Companies is looking for dynamic and energetic individuals who can excel in a fast-paced environment.

Amico Corporation is looking for a self-motivated, dedicated and highly disciplined person for a position as a Jr. Event Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills (fluent in spoken and written English), with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of Administration experience
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Event Industry background in coordination is an asset
Punctuality is a must
Inventory management is a must
Ability to lift 20lb in material
Ability to deal with conflicts and adapt to new situations quickly
Able to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
Problem solving ability and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Intermediate computer skills are required
Valid Driving License and automobile
Flexibility to work outside business hours on rare occasions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook; Excel, etc.)
Project management coordination is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Flexibility to travel is an asset
