Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while showcasing your skills in food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and food safety. As a key member of our team, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, craft delicious beverages, and support various operational tasks to ensure our customers have a memorable experience. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and flair, ensuring each order meets quality standards.
Prepare Bowl and sandwich
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately.
Handle cash and card payments confidently, providing excellent cashiering service while maintaining accuracy in math calculations.
Assist with food preparation and food handling duties, including assembling snacks or light meals as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any concerns promptly.
Support team members with general duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning tables, and managing the flow during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
