Chauffeur Classe 1 (Switch de soir) – Temps plein

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un chauffeur Classe 1 fiable et professionnel pour se joindre à notre équipe au Québec.

Détails du poste

Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi
Heure de départ : 18 h 30 ou 21 h 30
Type d’emploi : Temps plein
Trajet : Prise en charge d’une remorque et échange (« switch ») à Kingston (ON) ou Johnstown (ON)
Retour à la maison chaque jour

Responsabilités

Effectuer les inspections avant départ et après trajet
Récupérer la remorque assignée et effectuer le switch prévu
Conduire un ensemble tracteur-remorque de façon sécuritaire et conforme aux règlements en vigueur
Tenir à jour les documents de transport et les rapports requis
Communiquer efficacement avec le répartiteur et l’équipe des opérations

Exigences

Permis de conduire Classe 1 valide
Minimum 1 an d'expérience
Dossier de conduite satisfaisant
Capacité à effectuer des trajets en Ontario pour les opérations de switch
Attitude professionnelle et souci de la sécurité
Expérience en transport routier ou en ligne directe (linehaul) considérée comme un atout

Class 1 Driver (Evening Switch) – Full-Time

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to join our growing team based in Quebec.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Time: Either 6:30 PM or 9:30 PM
Type: Full-Time
Route: Trailer pickup and switch operation in Kingston, ON or Johnstown, ON
Home daily

Responsibilities

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Pick up assigned trailer and complete scheduled switch
Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment in compliance with all applicable regulations
Maintain accurate trip and vehicle records
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations staff

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive flat rate per day

Full-time, steady year-round work
Overtime opportunities available on weekends

Requirements

Valid Class 1 driver's licence
Minimum 1 year experience
Clean driving record and abstract
Ability to cross into Ontario and complete scheduled switch runs

Previous highway or linehaul experience is considered an asset
