ZUMBA® FITNESS SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTORS WANTED

Énergie EnCorps Wellness Centre, located in Pointe-Claire on Montreal's West Island, has been a thriving hub for holistic health and wellness since 2014. We are currently expanding our pool of Zumba® Fitness substitute instructors to cover classes throughout the year, with increased needs during the summer months. For the right candidate, permanent class opportunities may become available in the future.

We're looking for energetic, reliable instructors who love creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere while delivering safe and engaging classes for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

The ideal candidate will have:

Current Zumba® Instructor certification
Experience teaching group fitness classes
The ability to motivate and engage participants with different fitness levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Reliability and flexibility to accept substitute teaching opportunities
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Fluency in both English and French
Residence in the West Island or surrounding area and access to a vehicle

At Énergie EnCorps, you'll become part of a supportive team of health and wellness professionals, including yoga and Pilates instructors, massage therapists, osteopaths, naturopaths, nutritionists, and other holistic practitioners.

Le Centre de bien-être Énergie EnCorps, situé à Pointe-Claire dans l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal, est un lieu reconnu de santé et de bien-être holistique depuis 2014. Nous souhaitons agrandir notre banque de remplaçants(es) en Zumba® afin d'assurer les remplacements tout au long de l'année, avec un besoin accru pendant la période estivale. Des cours permanents pourraient également être offerts au ou à la candidat(e) idéal(e).

Nous recherchons des instructeurs(trices) énergiques, fiables et passionnés(es), capables de créer une ambiance dynamique, inclusive et motivante pour des participants de tous les âges et de tous les niveaux.

Le candidat idéal possède :

Une certification Zumba® valide
De l'expérience en enseignement de cours de groupe
La capacité de motiver des participants de différents niveaux
D'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication
Une attitude positive, professionnelle et dynamique
De la flexibilité et de la disponibilité pour effectuer des remplacements
Un esprit d'équipe et une ouverture à la rétroaction
Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
Une résidence dans l'Ouest-de-l'Île ou les environs ainsi qu'un véhicule

En vous joignant à notre équipe, vous travaillerez aux côtés de professionnels passionnés du mieux-être, notamment des enseignants de yoga et de Pilates, des massothérapeutes, des ostéopathes, des nutritionnistes, des naturopathes et d'autres praticiens en santé holistique.
