Summary
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who is ready to bridge the gap between "running the show" and "killing the vibe." If you’re a high-energy multitasker who loves a spreadsheet as much as a viral Reel, it’s time to join the Fox Fam. We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold our core values.

Responsibilities

Front-Line Leadership: Owning reception shifts and setting the tone for the flawless client experience from the moment they walk in.
The Social Buzz: Managing our social media presence—creating posts, engaging with followers, and showing off the Foxy vibe.
KPI Tracking: Setting and monitoring key performance indicators for the shop and individual staff. You’ll help the team hit their targets and celebrate their wins.
Inventory Control: Keeping the shelves stocked and the supplies flowing. You’ll manage ordering and inventory audits so we never miss a beat.
Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Assisting the Studio Manager with scheduling and day-to-day staff management to ensure the den is always covered and the team is happy.

Must Haves

Leadership Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory or manager role (retail, beauty, or hospitality preferred).
The "Self-Drive" Gene: You are a fire-starter. You don't wait for a to-do list; you see a gap and fill it. Whether it's a dusty shelf or a dip in bookings, you’re already on it before we even ask.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with booking software, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media platforms (IG/FB/TikTok).
Organization Obsession: You find joy in a perfectly balanced schedule and a tidy back-bar.
Empowerment Mindset: You’re passionate about helping others succeed and feel confident.
The People Person: You’re a pro at building relationships, whether it’s with a first-time client or our staff
Elite Communication: You are a master of the "vibe." Whether you're navigating a tricky customer situation with grace or giving a Vagician clear, empowering feedback, your communication is professional, cheeky, and always on point.
