Job Summary

As a key member of our salon family, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, build lasting relationships, and help clients look and feel their best every day. Duties

Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly.
Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Upsell hair care products and retail items that complement client styles and enhance their experience.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Foster a welcoming environment by building rapport with clients and encouraging repeat visits.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling or barbering with a valid license or certification as required by local regulations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment.
Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Basic proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling and cash handling.
A motivated attitude with a passion for hairstyling and helping clients look their best.
