Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching yoga and a commitment to promoting health, mindfulness, and physical well-being. This role offers an opportunity to inspire students of all levels through engaging and safe yoga classes in a supportive environment. Hatha Yoga class is on Saturdays 9am-10am

Duties

Lead group and private yoga classes tailored to various skill levels and physical abilities
Develop and modify class sequences to meet the needs of participants
Provide clear instructions on yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices
Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring proper form and offering modifications as needed
Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and relaxation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes
Promote upcoming classes, workshops, or events through appropriate channels

Experience

Proven experience teaching yoga in a professional setting, with certification from a recognized yoga training program preferred
Strong knowledge of various yoga styles and techniques
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with students of diverse backgrounds
Ability to adapt classes for different skill levels and physical limitations
Passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning in the field of yoga and mindfulness
