Position Summary...

Working as a Customer Service Desk Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. What you'll do...

1. Properly follows Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines.
2. Properly completes all defective slips.
3. Assists customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions.
4. Maintains sales tax exempt records.
5. Ensuring all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
6. Ensures returned merchandise is verified against refund slips prior to being returned to the sales floor.
7. Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
