What You Will Do:
Supervise the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Resolution Team in your assigned region.
Ensure sales resolution processes and procedures are being followed to company standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, creating strong morale and spirit throughout your location.
Assist in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of employees, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
Prioritize employee development by providing feedback, recognizing accomplishments, and setting goals to enhance performance.
Generate and monitor regular reports to track key metrics, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset, and ability to summarize key findings to upper management.
Support the execution of exceptional customer experiences by being hands-on and ready to jump in alongside the team.
Address and effectively manage complex and sensitive issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Assist the operations team with the creation and maintenance of training documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the changing needs of customers, market conditions and competitors.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4+ years in a sales resolution role or customer service role within the automotive industry with extensive exposure to vehicles.
Supervisory experience desired, preferably for groups of 3+ employees.
Experience in the auto auction/auto industry business required and/or mechanical knowledge.
2+ years of Supervisory experience preferred, preferably for groups of 3+ employees.
Languages: English (required), French (an asset)
Excellent technical and computer skills
Professional level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented.
Ability to integrate with teams, engender trust and leverage relationships to garner results.
Comfortable addressing performance issues and working closely with Human Resources on all employee matters.
Ability to calmly and professionally address customer escalations resulting in good business outcomes.
Ability to compile and analyze data, summarize key points and make value-add recommendations backed by said data.
Adept at developing and delivering presentations and training to large groups with a knowledgeable, charismatic approach.
Both give and welcome honest feedback to ensure a continuous improvement environment.
Self-starter, adaptable to change, with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed. Normal, remote office environment. May travel occasionally.

The base pay range for this full-time position is $72,000.00 - $76,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
