As a Server and/or bartender at The Breeze, you are the cornerstone of our guests' dining experience. You will be responsible for cultivating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, building genuine connections, and delivering exceptional service that encourages repeat visits. We value team members who are passionate and enthusiastic about creating memorable moments and who take pride in making a lasting, positive impression on every guest.

Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrates strong collaborative skills by actively listening and conveying information clearly and respectfully. You work harmoniously with colleagues to ensure a smooth and cohesive service experience for every guest
Passion for Guest Experience: provides exemplary service in order to build rapport with each guest, using an attentive approach to ensure each order is presented as expected and creating moments that feel thoughtfully crafted for the individual
Time Management: effectively manages time to balance service needs while prioritizing tasks, ensuring that every guest feels attended to
Adaptable: can address guest issues or special requests with quick thinking and resourcefulness

Job Requirements

Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment
Must meet the minimum provincial age for serving alcohol
Minimum of 1-year related serving or customer service experience
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 25lbs, must be able to stoop and bend
Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions
Current and valid Serve It Right certification

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time, Seasonal or Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
