In Lash Studio

We are a Port Moody lash studio situated within Ashton House Hair Company that specializes in Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations and Henna Brows. We only use handmade fans and cater to giving our clients custom lashes that suit their unique features. We value quality and the art of lashing and above all else, care about the health of our clients natural lashes.

We are looking for a lash artist who is professional, reliable and motivated to join the team!

Summary

We are seeking an Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ashton House Hair Company. In this role, you will provide high-quality eyelash extension services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise will contribute to our goal of becoming a leader in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care.
Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide expert recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

Classic and Volume trained and certified (other services are welcome but not required)
Independent and self sufficient; you'll be working by yourself in a private room.
Genuine care for the health of the clients natural lashes
Must be legal to work in BC
Proficient in English/ able to communicate effectively
Minimum 1 year experience

Compensation

Our employees are entirely paid on commission, so you get a percentage of every appointment price, plus 100% of all tips.
We cover all expenses: Supplies (lashes, glue, etc.), equipment, rent, and insurance for all of our technicians. You won't have to worry about a thing.
There is ample room for wage increases, and we won't hesitate to give raises to employees who are performing well.
