Part-Time Front Desk & Guest Services Associate
Location: Powell River, BC
Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience and skills)

Westview Centre Motel is looking for a friendly, motivated Front Desk & Guest Services Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

Legally able to work in Canada
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, patient, professional, and punctual
Team player who enjoys learning new skills
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations from phone, email, and booking platforms
Assist guests with check-in and check-out
Prepare invoices and process payments
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Contact vendors or service providers when needed
Keep office records and inventory organized
Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and POS systems
Occasionally assist housekeeping staff
Maintain a clean and professional front desk area

Compensation & Bonuses

Staff incentives paid twice a month (every 15 days)
Quarterly performance bonuses and increase in wages.
Annual bonuses for 1 year of service, with increases each year of continued employment

Schedule

Day and evening shifts
