Cleaner (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities)

Locations: Souris, Morell, St Peter's, Montague, Cardigan, Cable Head.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Red Sands is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. We service a portfolio of vacation rentals, residential homes, and commercial properties across Prince Edward Island.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces, and are looking for a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Clean and maintain vacation rentals, residential properties, and commercial spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of assigned properties
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
Change bed linens and manage laundry requirements for vacation rental properties
Restock supplies and report inventory needs
Remove garbage and dispose of waste properly
Ensure every property meets Red Sands’ high standards before guest arrivals or client inspections
Report maintenance concerns or property issues when identified
Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset but is not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel within your assigned service area (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to pass a criminal background check
