Service Foreman – Electrical (PEI)

LuMar Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Foreman (Electrical) to lead service work across Prince Edward Island. This is a specialized, high-impact role for someone who takes ownership, drives quality, and can confidently manage both field execution and customer expectations.

This is not a general labour or entry-level supervisory position. We are looking for a proven leader in electrical service work who can operate independently, make sound decisions in the field, and maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and coordinating electrical service work across multiple sites in PEI
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex electrical issues
Managing small crews or working independently depending on scope
Ensuring code compliance, safety standards, and quality control are consistently met
Acting as the primary field contact for service-related work and client interactions
Supporting scheduling, planning, and material coordination as needed

What we’re looking for:

Licensed Electrician (Red Seal preferred)
Significant experience in electrical service work (residential, commercial, or mixed)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage work in the field
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Professional communication and customer-facing confidence
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned work
