Full job description

Job Summary
Be part of a professional, high-volume kitchen. You’ll execute menu items to brand standards for Famous Peppers, work cleanly, and move quickly during service.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough from scratch or pre-made bases, ensuring consistency and quality.
Select and assemble fresh ingredients and toppings according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
Support the overall food service process by assisting with meal preparation, plating, and serving when needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
