Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security/Bouncer to maintain a safe and secure environment at our venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring guest behavior, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. This role requires a strong presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is a plus, along with familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.

Responsibilities

Monitor the venue using CCTV and surveillance equipment to identify potential security threats or disturbances.
Enforce venue policies and safety regulations to prevent unauthorized access or disruptive behavior.
Conduct security checks at entry points, including bag inspections if necessary.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including managing unruly guests or medical situations.
Collaborate with staff to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff members.
Document incidents accurately and report to management as required.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious activity and deterring theft or vandalism.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue to deter misconduct and provide assistance when needed.

Requirements

Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention is preferred.
Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and assertively.
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when necessary.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or certifications related to security work.
