Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire team members, streamline service processes, and uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning procedures
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth operations
Monitor food handling and safety protocols to comply with health regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and daily financial reconciliations
Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance to build a strong team
Oversee food quality control, ensuring dishes meet presentation and taste standards
Support kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed to ensure timely service

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Leadership abilities to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
Experience with restaurant management, including inventory control and scheduling
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of barista, bartending, or hotel experience is a plus for versatile service skills
Strong communication skills for interviewing staff and coordinating with team members
