Your Responsibilities:
Work with the existing team to develop an annual business plan for each department and ensure its ongoing monitoring throughout the year;

Manage the branch budget to meet the financial goals set with your team, and propose an action plan in situations requiring corrective measures;

Regularly review key performance indicators for operations and address issues and opportunities;

Ensure compliance with the business processes established by the company;

Ensure smooth operations and security.

Represent the company and act as the point of contact for existing and prospective clients (key accounts) to implement business strategies, ensure optimal customer service, and manage issues as needed;

Ensure customer satisfaction across all departments and address customer complaints in collaboration with the team;

Ensure that sufficient staff are on hand to effectively cover the departments during various operating hours;

Manage, motivate, and train department staff to maximize human capital performance and maintain a healthy work environment.
