We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want more than a traditional 9-to-5 job. This is an opportunity to enter the wealth management industry, learn directly from experienced advisors, and build toward a career where your relationships, results, and growth directly influence your future.

The Opportunity

You will start in business development, connecting with prospective clients and developing professional relationships.

From day one, you'll work alongside experienced advisors and gain exposure to the real business of wealth management — client relationships, investments, financial planning, and business development.

As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to:

Build your own client relationships and book of business
Develop into an Independent Financial Advisor
Obtain the required industry licenses with full support
Grow your responsibilities and earning potential over time

No university degree required. Sales experience is an asset, not a requirement.

What matters most is drive, communication skills, curiosity, and the willingness to learn.

Aucun diplôme universitaire requis. L'expérience en vente est un atout, pas une exigence.
