En tant que Assistante gérante chez Evry Jewels, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en soutenant la direction du magasin et en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes. Relevant du/de la gérant(e) de magasin, vous contribuerez à stimuler les ventes tout en assumant des responsabilités supplémentaires telles que l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin ainsi que le soutien à la supervision de l’équipe. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne fiable, proactive et passionnée par la mode et le service à la clientèle.

As a Key Holder at Evry Jewels, you will play a critical role in supporting store leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, deliver unforgettable customer experiences and build authentic, genuine relationships.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales while taking on additional responsibilities such as opening/closing the store and supporting team supervision. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about fashion and customer service.

Responsabilités clés / Key Responsibilities

Stimuler les ventes et atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et du magasin
Offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire et gérer efficacement les préoccupations ou conflits des clients
Proposer une expérience client personnalisée et mémorable, incluant des conseils de style et des recommandations de produits
Effectuer les procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes
Traiter les transactions en espèces avec précision et respecter les procédures de gestion de caisse
Soutenir les tâches opérationnelles et d’entretien afin de garantir un magasin bien présenté et efficace
Favoriser un environnement de travail positif, professionnel et axé sur l’esprit d’équipe
Drive revenue and achieve individual and store sales targets
Model exceptional customer service standards and effectively handle customer concerns or conflicts
Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience, including styling and product recommendations
Handle opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily store operations
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash management procedures
Support operational and maintenance duties to ensure the store is well-presented and running efficiently
Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
2 ans d’expérience en vente au détail (un atout)
