Full job description

En tant que Téléphoniste (H/F) à temps partiel, vous serez responsable d’un ensemble de tâches en lien avec le standard téléphonique du Hilton Québec et de contribuer à une expérience globale exceptionnelle pour les clients.

Être prêt à travailler sur des quarts de jour, de soir et de nuit ;
Être disponible à temps partiel soit un jour dans la semaine et les fins de semaine et à temps complet pendant la période des fêtes et la période estivale
Service à la clientèle exemplaire;
Bilingue (français et anglais), parlé et écrit impeccable
Rigueur, responsabilité et autonomie;
Flexibilité et ponctualité;
