TA MISSION

En tant qu’intervenant, tu as la mission d’assurer l’éducation et la rééducation des usagers selon les programmes d’intervention établis. Sous la responsabilité du directeur du centre, ton rôle est de guider les usagers en vue de leur réadaptation et de leur réinsertion sociale. Grâce à des techniques d’éducation, tu leur apprendras les actes de la vie quotidienne, en organisant, coordonnant et animant les activités prévues. L’objectif est d’assurer l’apprentissage et l’acquisition de compétences et de comportements adéquats.

TON QUOTIDIEN

Assurer des soins de qualité: Veille à la qualité des soins selon les politiques en vigueur.
Accueillir et intégrer les usagers: Met en place une procédure d’accueil et d’intégration.
Évaluer les besoins des usagers : Collabore à l’évaluation des besoins et à leur suivi.
Observer et analyser le comportement des usagers : Prend connaissance et respecte les capacités de l’usager.
Élaborer des plans d’intervention : Établit les étapes à suivre pour la réussite de l’intervention.
Organiser et animer des activités de réadaptation: Développe des activités innovantes dites valorisantes et viables.
Soutenir la réadaptation au quotidien : Participe à la poursuite des objectifs thérapeutiques individuels selon les normes établies.
Rédiger des rapports d’observation, d’évaluation et de synthèse: Note les constats et l’évolution des usagers.
Accompagner les usagers à l’extérieur : Visites et rendez-vous.
Tâches connexes : Effectue d’autres tâches à la demande du supérieur immédiat.

TES COMPÉTENCES

Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) relatif au poste ou diplôme universitaire en toxicomanie (ou être en voie de l’obtenir)
Expérience dans un poste similaire
Expérience pertinente auprès d’une clientèle avec des problèmes de dépendance, dans un milieu communautaire ou une communauté thérapeutique
Expérience en intervention et en gestion de crise
Bilingue : Français et Anglais(atout)
Aptitudes dans les relations interpersonnelles et dans le travail d’équipe

TON HORAIRE ET TES AVANTAGES

Type de poste: permanent, temps plein, 37.5 heures par semaine
Horaire: Jour et soir (rotation) semaine et fin de semaine
Salaire: à discuter selon l’expérience

YOUR MISSION

As a clinical counselor, your primary goal is to facilitate the education and re-education of individuals based on established action plans. Working under the supervision of the center director, you play a crucial role in guiding individuals toward rehabilitation and successful social reintegration. Through the use of effective educational methods, you will help them learn essential life skills by organizing, coordinating, and leading tailored activities. The aim is to ensure the development and mastery of appropriate skills and behaviors.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Providing quality care: Ensure quality care in accordance with applicable policies.
Welcoming and integrating users: Implement a procedure for welcoming and integrating users.
Assessing user needs: Collaborate in needs assessment and follow-ups.
Observing and analyzing user behavior: Understand and respect user abilities.
Developing action plans: Establish the steps to be followed for successful intervention.
Organizing and leading rehabilitation activities: Develop innovative activities that are both rewarding and viable.
Supporting day-to-day rehabilitation: Participate in pursuing individual therapeutic objectives according to established standards.
Writing observation, evaluation and summary reports: Keep notes and track user progress.
Accompanying users outside: Conduct visits and appointments.
Related tasks : Performs other tasks as requested by immediate superior.

YOUR EXPERIENCES

College degree (DEC) in a related field or university degree in addiction (or in the process of completing it)
Experience in a similar position
Experience with a clientele with substance use disorders in a community setting or therapeutic community
Experience in intervention and crisis management
Bilingual: French and English(asset)
Skills in interpersonal relationships and teamwork

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job Type: permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: day and evening shift (rotation), week and weekend
Salary: to be discussed according to experience
