Chez Hera AI, on ne cherche pas un·e dev full-stack qui utilise l'IA à l'occasion. On cherche un·e Développeur·euse Agentique Full-Stack senior qui pense, code et livre en mode agentique par défaut. Quelqu'un capable d'orchestrer plusieurs agents IA en parallèle (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.), de structurer un codebase pour qu'il soit agent-ready, et de transformer chaque tâche de développement, du prototypage à la mise en production, en un workflow assisté par IA. Tu n'es plus seulement un·e développeur·euse, tu deviens l'orchestrateur·trice d'une équipe d'agents dont tu valides le travail, raffines les outputs et garantis la qualité.

Profil idéal
- 7 ans et plus d'expérience en développement full-stack en production
- Expérience démontrable dans la conception et l'orchestration de workflows agentiques (multi-agents qui collaborent, planifient, s'auto-corrigent)
- Maîtrise du développement assisté par IA en parallèle: capacité à faire rouler plusieurs agents simultanément via git worktrees, subagents, Agent Teams, Cloud Agents ou équivalents
- Capacité à optimiser un codebase pour qu'il soit consommable par des agents: fichiers de contexte (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md), skills, prompts, schémas d'outils clairs, conventions explicites
- Expérience avec le tool calling, function calling, RAG, prompt engineering avancé et l'orchestration de pipelines LLM
- Solide compréhension des patterns agentiques: réflexion, retry, fallback, human-in-the-loop, guardrails, evaluations
- Maîtrise complète des technologies de la stack mentionnée
- Capacité à architecturer des solutions scalables, sécuritaires et observables
- Autonomie, jugement technique senior, capacité à diriger des projets de bout en bout
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication (tu vas devoir expliquer des choix d'architecture agentique à l'équipe et aux clients)
- Curiosité aiguë pour l'écosystème IA qui évolue chaque semaine

At Hera AI, we're not looking for a full-stack dev who occasionally uses AI. We're looking for a Senior Agentic Full-Stack Developer who thinks, codes and ships in agentic mode by default. Someone capable of orchestrating multiple AI agents in parallel (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.), structuring a codebase to make it agent-ready, and turning every development task, from prototyping to production, into an AI-assisted workflow. - Mastery of parallel AI-assisted development: ability to run multiple agents simultaneously through git worktrees, subagents, Agent Teams, Cloud Agents or equivalent
- Ability to optimize a codebase to be agent-consumable: context files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md), skills, prompts, clear tool schemas, explicit conventions
- Hands-on experience with tool calling, function calling, RAG, advanced prompt engineering and LLM pipeline orchestration
- Solid grasp of agentic patterns: reflection, retry, fallback, human-in-the-loop, guardrails, evaluations
- Full mastery of the technologies in the stack above
- Ability to architect scalable, secure and observable solutions
- Autonomy, senior technical judgement, ability to lead projects end-to-end
- Strong communication skills (you'll explain agentic architecture choices to the team and clients)
