Formateur moto

Vous avez la passion pour l’enseignement et vous êtes un conducteur aguerri? Devenez formateur chez Tecnic de manière permanente et faites partie du plus grand réseau d’écoles de conduite au Québec.

En devenant formateur moto chez Tecnic :

Transmettez votre passion de la moto à des gens avides d’apprendre;

Plus précisément, le formateur devra :

Aider les étudiants à développer les bons automatismes en circuit fermé dans le but de maîtriser diverses compétences reliées à la conduite d’une moto.
Transférer les connaissances acquises en circuit fermé vers un environnement routier afin d’amener les étudiants à circuler de façon sécuritaire, coopérative et responsable.
Assurer, en continu, un enseignement de qualité par la bonne transmission des contenus théoriques à la pratique.

Patientes et pédagogues qui aiment travailler avec le public;

Formation et exigences :

Détenir un permis de conduire moto valide au Québec (classe 6A) depuis au moins deux ans et avoir moins de quatre points d’inaptitude.

Horaire de travail :

Soir et fin de semaine

Type d'emploi :

Poste saisonnier (aligné sur la saison de conduite de moto).
Possibilité d'un poste permanent à l'année pour les candidats souhaitant jumeler la formation moto et automobile, sous réserve de satisfaire aux exigences du poste de formateur automobile.

Are you passionate about teaching and an experienced driver? Join Tecnic as a permanent motorcycle instructor and become part of Quebec’s largest network of driving schools.As a Motorcycle Instructor at Tecnic, you will:

Share your passion for motorcycles with people who are eager to learn;
Learn from and exchange ideas with colleagues who are just as passionate as you are;
Enjoy a varied role that is far from routine;
Benefit from flexible working hours.

More specifically, the instructor will:

Help students develop proper riding techniques and reflexes in a closed-course environment so they can master a variety of motorcycle-riding skills;
Help students transfer the knowledge and skills acquired on the closed course to real-world road conditions, enabling them to ride safely, cooperatively, and responsibly;
Consistently provide high-quality instruction by effectively connecting theoretical concepts with practical application.

We are looking for individuals who are:

Thorough and committed to delivering high-quality work;
Patient, skilled at teaching, and comfortable working with the public;
Motivated by the opportunity to improve road safety in Quebec;
Dedicated to helping their students succeed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have held a valid Quebec Class 6A motorcycle licence for at least two years;
Must have fewer than four demerit points on their driving record.

Work Schedule:

Evenings and weekend

Employment type :

Seasonal position (aligned with the motorcycle riding season).
Candidates interested in combining motorcycle and automobile instructor positions may be eligible for a permanent, year-round role, provided they meet the qualifications and requirements for the automobile instructor position.
