Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Nous cherchons un Estimateur Imagerie, Bâtiment pour notre équipe grandissante!
Vous serez responsable d'analyser et évaluer les dommages causés aux bâtiments dans le cadre de l'assurance des biens. Vous aurez comme défi de contrôler une estimation juste du coût des réparations et/ou de reconstruction à effectuer suite à un examen produit à l'aide d'un système informatique. Vous aurez également à analyser et évaluer des devis, soumissions, factures transmises par des fournisseurs divers en bâtiment.
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :
Évaluer et approuver les devis de réparation et/ou de reconstruction pour les experts en règlement des sinistres
Évaluer et analyser les documents connexes à des devis de réparation.
Gérer la productivité et la qualité des services offerts en fonction du Guide des normes et procédures d'intact.
Utiliser les systèmes d'évaluation automatisés Xactimate et XactAnalysis pour éviter les erreurs et augmenter la productivité.
Donner un support technique à l'entrepreneur membre du Réseau Confiance MD Biens tant au niveau des politiques internes, des normes d'estimation que du support informatique.
Répondre aux questions techniques des experts en règlement des sinistres internes ou indépendants sur le résultat de l'estimation.
Analyser les dossiers produits par les estimateurs indépendants afin de guider l'expert en sinistres dans ses démarches pour le règlement des sinistres et/ou les dossiers de récupération.
Au besoin, participer à la distribution bâtiment.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
D.E.P. ou D.E.C. ou A.E.C en bâtiment / estimation.
Années d'expérience requises : 1 à 3 ans dans un rôle similaire
Connaissances techniques en bâtiment
Connaissance de l'estimation de dommages dans le cadre d'un sinistre
Connaissance pratique de l'informatique
Maitrise du logiciel d’estimation Xactimate (un atout)
Être orienté vers le client
Être doué pour la communication interpersonnelle
Avoir un excellent sens de la planification et de l’organisation
