Job Overview

We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Busser/Food Runner to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating exceptional dining experiences, we'd love to meet you.

As a Busser you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive prompt, attentive service by delivering food quickly and accurately, keeping the dining room clean and organized, and supporting both our front-of-house and kitchen teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and safely.
Ensure every dish is presented correctly and meets quality standards before leaving the kitchen.
Clearing and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout each shift.
Refill water, assist with guest requests, and provide support to the service team as needed.
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and timely service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Help maintain a clean and organized service station and dining area.
Support the team wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
Friendly, positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
Able to lift trays, stand for extended periods, and perform physically active work.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
