Summary of duties

We have a spot for you. Join our team as a Horticulturist

We are looking for motivated horticulturists to join our field team. Here, every day is different: you contribute directly to creating, maintaining, and enhancing green spaces that make a real difference in the landscape

If you’re looking for an active, hands-on, and stimulating job where you can immediately see the results of your work, you’re in the right place

Position details

Status: Full-time, Summer 2026 Season + possibility of permanent employment
Location: LaSalle, QC
Schedule: Shift starts at 6:30 a.m.
Start date: As soon as possible

What you will do daily

You will participate in the transformation and maintenance of clean, well-maintained outdoor spaces:

Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants

Rebuild and structure flower beds (soil, mulch, aesthetic finishing)
Weed manually or using ecological methods (e.g., vinegar)

- String trimmer
- Hedge trimmer
- Leaf blower
Ensure the cleanliness and visual quality of sites
Work as part of a team to deliver efficient and high-quality work
Perform various related tasks depending on the job sites

It’s an active and physical job, perfect for people who like to move and work outdoors.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

DEP in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field (preferred)
Good knowledge of landscaping and horticulture
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
Comfortable with computers and mobile applications
