Chez Enduride, nous recherchons des machinistes motivés, rigoureux et passionnés par le travail de précision pour se joindre à notre équipe. Si vous aimez travailler avec des machines-outils conventionnelles et relever des défis techniques dans un environnement dynamique, ce poste est pour vous.

Ce que vous ferez :

Opérer des machines-outils conventionnelles (tour, fraiseuse, aléseuse)
Lire, interpréter et analyser des dessins techniques et des plans
Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires aux machines
Inspecter les pièces produites selon les standards de qualité
Utiliser des instruments de mesure de précision (micromètre, pied à coulisse, calibres)
Assurer l’entretien des machines, outils et équipements
Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité

Ce que nous recherchons :

DEP en usinage ou expérience équivalente
0 à 2 ans d’expérience (les finissants sont les bienvenus)
Expérience en milieu manufacturier (un atout)
Bonne maîtrise des machines-outils conventionnelles
Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques
Connaissance du système métrique et impérial
Débrouillardise, autonomie et rigueur
Esprit d’équipe et bonne communication
Bonnes habiletés manuelles et capacité physique

Join Our Dynamic Team at Enduride as a Machinist

At Enduride, we are looking for motivated, detail-oriented machinists who are passionate about precision work to join our team. If you enjoy working with conventional machine tools and tackling technical challenges in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. We value autonomy, attention to detail, and teamwork to deliver high-quality products.

What You’ll Do:

Operate conventional machine tools (lathe, milling machine, boring machine)
Read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and blueprints
Perform machine adjustments to ensure precision
Inspect manufactured parts according to quality standards
Use precision measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, gauges)
Maintain machines, tools, and equipment
Follow health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

DEP in machining or equivalent experience
0–2 years of experience (new graduates are welcome)
Manufacturing experience (an asset)
Strong ability to operate conventional machine tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of metric and imperial systems
Resourcefulness, autonomy, and attention to detail
Team spirit and good communication skills
Good manual dexterity and physical capacity
