This center ensures the remote monitoring and operation of technical installations for clients located across North America. These clients include hospitals, district energy networks, power generation plants, commercial buildings, laboratories, university campuses, and more.</span></p> <p><span>These clients entrust Equans with the management and operation of their electromechanical infrastructure, and the ROC supports these contracts both technically and operationally. Through remote connectivity and a technological platform, ROC operators ensure the proper functioning of installations during their shifts. This role is crucial to maintaining equipment performance for clients, as well as ensuring the health and comfort of occupants.
