We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Photo Editor to join our Marketing & Graphics Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining traditional graphic design skills with the latest AI-powered creative tools to produce compelling visual content across digital and print platforms.

About the Role
As a key member of our Marketing & Graphics team, you will collaborate closely with product managers and marketing professionals to develop engaging visual assets that strengthen the Monarch brand across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for editing product photography, creating lifestyle imagery, producing digital marketing content, and ensuring all creative materials meet Monarch's high standards for quality and consistency.
This position requires a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and is always looking for new creative ideas and emerging design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and professionally retouch product photography
- Perform colour correction, texture enhancement, resizing, and image optimization
- Create realistic 2D lifestyle scenes, white-background product images, feature graphics, and AI-generated imagery
- Produce digital marketing materials including:
- Website banners
- Social media graphics
- LinkedIn advertising
- Email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
- Digital catalogues
- Sales presentations
- Promotional material
- Create compelling product features and infographics
- Assist with creative concept development for new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Maintain both digital and physical sample/swatch libraries
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets
- Support various in-house creative and design projects as required
- Stay current with emerging design trends, AI creative tools, and digital marketing best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience using Adobe Photoshop
- Experience creating realistic 2D product and lifestyle imagery
- Excellent understanding of perspective, lighting, shadows, colour correction, and image composition
- Advanced photo manipulation and retouching skills
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation and editing is considered a strong asset
- Experience designing for digital marketing platforms and email campaigns (Mailchimp)
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Creative thinker with a passion for design and continuous learning
- Experience within the furniture, home décor, or interior design industry is considered an asset
