Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon storefront to maximize sales, improve visibility, and enhance overall customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, and e-commerce best practices to drive growth on the Amazon platform. The Amazon Marketplace Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our products stand out in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing search terms relevant to our products.
Develop and implement advertising campaigns using Amazon Advertising (Amazon PPC), Google Ads, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly to meet sales targets.
Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility both on Amazon and through external search engines.
Coordinate with the content team to ensure HTML formatting is optimized for product listings and promotional content.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency across all campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and Amazon marketplace policies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Amazon Marketplace management or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO techniques.
Familiarity with HTML for editing product descriptions and promotional content.
Experience conducting keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
Understanding of budgeting principles related to digital advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices with a focus on driving online sales growth.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
