We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support the day-to-day financial operations of a finance team. This role is hands-on and transactional in nature, with a strong focus on accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable, while also providing general administrative and financial support as needed.
This position is ideal for someone with solid AP/AR experience who enjoys a flexible role in a dynamic environment and is comfortable supporting multiple priorities.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity working onsite in a hybrid setting in our Montreal adMare location.
Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and manage vendor invoices

Support accounts receivable, billing, and collections activities

Maintain client and vendor relationships

Prepare GST/QST returns

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Support transactional accounting activities and data entry
Administrative & Team Support

Provide ad hoc administrative and finance-related support

Assistwith internal projects and time-sensitive tasks as needed

Collaborate with finance team members to ensure continuity of operations
Qualifications & Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting support roles

Strong understanding of AP and AR processes

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bilingual (French and English)required

Diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

CPA designation not required
