.We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have a solid background in food and beverage service within a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Serve food and drinks professionally while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation practices to ensure guest safety.
Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests receive prompt attention.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining accountability for all financial exchanges.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation times and ensure smooth service flow.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, with familiarity in the food industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services in a hospitality setting.
Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
Strong understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Basic math skills for order calculations, bill splitting, and cash handling are essential.
Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales is a plus.
A background in hospitality or customer-focused roles will support success in this position.
