Overview

Bonjours, Montréal poutine est a la recherche de serveur/ serveuse et hôtesse dynamic et motiver prêt à travailler temps plein matin et soir dans le vieux port. Venez rejoindre notre equipe de feu!

Montréal poutine is looking for a dynamic and motivated waiter/ waitress and hostess ready to work full time, morning and night in the old port. Come and join our amazing team.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as per established recipes and safety guidelines.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
Ensure all food safety standards are followed, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.
Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations during shifts.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills.
Uphold hospitality standards to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles within the food industry.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
Experience in hospitality environments demonstrating professionalism, time management, and multitasking abilities. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: $12.60-$40.00 per hour
