À propos de nous Putter's est une entreprise alimentaire québécoise reconnue pour la fabrication de cornichons et de produits spécialisés, avec une identité de marque audacieuse et ludique. Alors que nous poursuivons notre croissance dans les circuits de l'épicerie, du détail et de la restauration, nous bâtissons notre équipe marketing, et nous cherchons une personne en début de carrière en marketing pour nous aider à y arriver.

Le rôle Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) marketing junior soutient la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des initiatives marketing de Putter's. Il s'agit d'un poste de premier échelon, concret, qui convient à une personne organisée, créative, adaptable et énergique, à l'aise dans un environnement au rythme rapide, et désireuse de développer ses compétences en marketing au sein d'une entreprise alimentaire dynamique et axée sur la marque.

Vos responsabilités

Participer à la planification et à l'exécution de campagnes marketing sur les canaux numériques, imprimés et en magasin.
Coordonner la production de matériel marketing et de point de vente (encarts d'emballage, présentoirs en magasin, matériel pour salons professionnels).
Soutenir les salons professionnels, les dégustations en magasin et les événements promotionnels, incluant la logistique et la coordination sur place.
Effectuer des recherches de base sur le marché et la concurrence afin d'orienter les décisions de campagne et de produit.
Suivre et présenter les indicateurs de performance des campagnes (engagement sur les réseaux sociaux, taux d'ouverture des courriels, impact promotionnel).
Tenir à jour le calendrier de contenu marketing et coordonner les approbations avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs/agences externes.
Fournir un soutien administratif et créatif général au directeur marketing, au besoin.

Ce que nous recherchons

DEC ou baccalauréat en marketing, communications, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe — ou expérience équivalente.
0 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de marketing, de communications ou de coordination (stages inclus).
Bilinguisme français-anglais, avec de solides compétences en communication écrite dans les deux langues.
Adaptabilité, énergie et aisance à évoluer dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
Aisance avec les plateformes de réseaux sociaux (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) et les outils de conception de base (Canva, Adobe Express ou similaire).
Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et échéances à la fois.
Aisance avec l'utilisation d'outils d'intelligence artificielle pour soutenir la rédaction, la recherche et la création de contenu, avec un bon jugement pour la révision et la vérification des faits.
Ouverture à apprendre et à adopter de nouveaux outils et façons de faire à mesure que le rôle et l'équipe évoluent.
Permis de conduire valide, pour des déplacements occasionnels vers des salons professionnels, des points de vente et des événements.

Atouts (non obligatoires)

Expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire, des biens de consommation courante (CPG) ou du détail.
Connaissance de la suite Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Expérience avec Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite ou des plateformes de marketing courriel (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Compétences de base en photographie ou en montage vidéo pour le contenu des réseaux sociaux.

About Us Putter's is a Québec-based food company known for crafting pickles and specialty products with a bold, playful brand identity. As we grow across grocery, retail, and food-service channels, we're building out our marketing team, and we're looking for someone early in their marketing career to help make it happen.

The Role The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of Putter's marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, entry-level role suited to someone organized, creative, adaptable, and energetic, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their marketing skill set within a fast-moving, brand-driven food company.

What You'll Do

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
Coordinate the production of marketing and point-of-sale materials (packaging inserts, retail displays, trade show assets).
Support trade shows, retail demos, and promotional events, including logistics and on-site coordination.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform campaign and product decisions.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics (social engagement, email open rates, promotional lift).
Maintain the marketing content calendar and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
Provide general administrative and creative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.

What You Bring

College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role (internships included).
Bilingual in French and English, with strong written communication skills in both.
Adaptable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
Comfortable using AI tools to support drafting, research, and content creation, with sound judgment on reviewing and fact-checking output.
Open to learning and adopting new tools and workflows as the role and team grow.
A valid driver's licence, for occasional travel to trade shows, retail locations, and events.

Nice to Have

Experience in the food & beverage, CPG, or retail industry.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Exposure to Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Basic photography or video editing skills for social content.
