En tant qu'Analyste/Consultant(e) au sein de notre pratique Gestion de contenu, vous contribuerez à aider nos clients à résoudre certains de leurs défis commerciaux en soutenant leur transformation numérique grâce à une utilisation efficace de l'information (par exemple : accroître la collaboration, automatiser les processus, améliorer la gestion des documents et des dossiers).
En tant qu'Analyste/Consultant(e), vous serez amené(e) à :
Contribuer activement à des missions de conseil liées à la gestion de contenu, sous la supervision de managers et directeurs.- Participer à des projets liés à la stratégie, aux feuilles de route, aux modèles opérationnels, à la cartographie des processus, à l'architecture de l'information et à la gouvernance.
- Préparer et structurer des livrables de qualité (présentations PowerPoint, analyses Excel, notes Word) en appui aux recommandations de l'équipe.
- Soutenir le développement commercial en contribuant à la préparation de propositions et de présentations clients.
- Participer à des ateliers et réunions clients en appuyant la facilitation et la documentation des échanges.
Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler aux côtés d'experts sectoriels et de vous développer rapidement dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif. Nous collaborons avec différents fournisseurs du marché (par exemple Microsoft, OpenText, SAP, Box, IBM) pour proposer les solutions les plus adaptées.

En tant qu'Analyste/Consultant(e), vous possédez :
1 à 3 ans d'expérience en conseil, en gestion de l'information, en systèmes d'information ou dans un domaine connexe (stage ou expérience en entreprise acceptés).- Un intérêt marqué pour les processus métier et la transformation numérique, idéalement dans les services financiers, le secteur public ou l'énergie & ressources.
- Une capacité à produire des livrables clairs et structurés sur PowerPoint, Word et Excel.
- De bonnes aptitudes analytiques et une aisance à synthétiser l'information pour en dégager des constats pertinents.
- Un esprit collaboratif, de la rigueur et une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement-client exigeant.
Les expériences suivantes sont un atout :
Un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (ou en cours) dans l'un des domaines suivants : administration des affaires, systèmes d'information, gestion de l'information, transformation organisationnelle, finance ou sciences de l'information.- Une exposition aux plateformes de gestion de contenu (SharePoint, OpenText, ou autre) dans le cadre d'un cours, d'un stage ou d'un projet.
- Une compréhension de base du contexte d'affaires des services financiers.
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
