Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Contrôleur Financier / Contrôleuse financière qui jouera un rôle stratégique au sein de l'équipe de direction et contribuera activement à la croissance et à la performance de l'entreprise.

Résumé du poste

Relevant de la direction générale, le ou la Contrôleur Financier / Contrôleuse financière est responsable de l'ensemble des activités financières et comptables de l'entreprise. Cette personne veille à l'intégrité de l'information financière, soutient la prise de décision stratégique et contribue à l'optimisation de la performance organisationnelle.

Principales responsabilités

Diriger, mobiliser et développer une équipe de quatre (4) personnes.
Superviser l'ensemble du cycle comptable et les opérations financières quotidiennes.
Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
Participer à l'élaboration des budgets et assurer le suivi de la performance financière.
Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité, de coûts de production et de variances budgétaires.
Mettre en place et maintenir des contrôles internes efficaces.
Superviser les processus d'inventaire et la valorisation des stocks.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des opérations afin d'optimiser la performance financière en milieu manufacturier.
Assurer les relations avec les auditeurs externes, les institutions financières et les autorités fiscales.
Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et aux projets stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché

Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum de sept (7) ans d'expérience en comptabilité, dont au moins cinq (5) ans dans un rôle similaire en milieu manufacturier.
Titre CPA (membre de l'Ordre des CPA du Québec) considéré comme un atout.
Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP.
La connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) constitue un atout important.
Être bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, organisationnelles et de leadership.

We are currently seeking a Financial Controller who will play a strategic role within the leadership team and actively contribute to the company's growth and success.

Position Summary

Reporting to senior management, the Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the organization. This individual ensures the integrity of financial information, supports strategic decision-making, and contributes to the optimization of business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of four (4) employees.
Oversee the full accounting cycle and daily financial operations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.
Conduct profitability analyses, manufacturing cost reviews and budget variance analyses.
Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with best practices.
Oversee inventory management processes and inventory valuation.
Partner with operations teams to optimize financial performance within a manufacturing environment.
Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions and tax authorities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and strategic business projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of accounting experience, including at least five (5) years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
CPA designation (member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec) considered an asset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of ERP systems.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a significant asset.
Bilingualism required (French and English), both spoken and written.
Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
